Job Description

Mspark needs a Vice President of National Accounts - could it be you? Do you know the retail and restaurant segments and have experience in promotional media? Do you have a track record of successfully leading an experienced national sales team that grows existing accounts and enjoys the challenge of hunting for new logos? If so, this may be your next opportunity.

As our VP of National Sales, you would help evolve and execute the sales strategy for our Restaurant and Franchise business. This role is responsible for over $30M in annual revenue and works with many of the nation’s top brands including Pizza Hut, Arby’s, Little Caesars, and more. This role supervises, develops and mentors a team of six highly seasoned sales directors; monitoring the team’s key performance indicators (KPIs) and anticipating changes in the marketplace and performance.

Experience and Skills:

Responsibilities include:

- Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the team’s sales goals
- Create a culture of success and collaboration
- Hire and develop national sales team members as needed
- Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting via Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
- Work closely with the marketing and account service functions to establish and maintain successful support
- Develop and manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
- Oversee and drive adoption of sales process and technology including customer relationship management (CRM) system
